Raw Pack

We can your coho, chinook, albacore or other catch with no pre-cooking to seal in maximum freshness and flavor. Choose between sea salt or no salt. Optional add-ins are garlic and/or jalapeno, or your custom add-in.

Smoked Pack

We smoke your coho, chinook, albacore or other catch. You choose between no salt or brown sugar brine with sea salt.

Cold Storage

Finished vacuum-packed product will be refrigerated for 1 day after notification. After that, a $5/day cold storage fee will apply. Overnight freezing is available upon request.

Finished canned product will be held for 7 days after notification for no charge. After that, a $25/day storage fee will apply.

Quality Assurance

We reserve the right to refuse any product that does not meet our sensory inspection standards.

Temperature

All products must be delivered at below 38°F for the processing of canned products.

Quarantine

If deviation occurs during processing, the product will be held for a safety incubation period of 14 days.

Quantity

Each batch must have a minimum cut weight of 200 pounds. When canned, this amount yields around 400 cans.

Yield Variance

The final count of cans or vacuum-sealed bags is based on the actual yield after trimming. Billing is based on the quantity of finished units.

Storage

Finished canned product must be picked up within 7 days of notification or a $25/day storage fee applies.


Finished vacuum-packed product will be refrigerated before pick up for 1 day. After that, the product will be frozen and cold-stored for $5/day. Overnight freezing is available upon request.

Payment

Payment is due upon pick up of the finished product.
